role and responsibilities :
- build and maintain solid cusotmer relationship with assigned g500 accounts together with field sales(all)
- sell dell solution and service via phone call, meet and exceed set business targets(all)
- develop key account plan together with field sales and provide long and short term forecast/outlook, and bridge plan (all)
- territory account coverage plan and execution to drive significant growth
- ensure every cusotmer is contacted regularly and cusotmer/opportunities information is entered tiemly into crm(all)
- coordinate internally to fulfill customer requierment and reslove customer isuse in a timely manner to imporve customer satisafction (all).
