position summary:
? apj ple spa ( sales planning and analysis) is looking for a japan le strategic planner to provide analytical and strategic value to dell\'s large enterprise division. setting quotas, and influencing stake-holders to drvie chnage, you will be responsible for creating growth plans, working closely with senior management and sales leaders along with support functions.mba preferred

key responsbiilities:
? busniess planning and sales-quota setting
? deliver insightful analysis to create strategic growth plans for japan large enterprise division
? analyze market / competitive / dell to identify areas of opportunities/ investment
? maximize sales productivity and roi through driving effective use of tools and processes
? engage and collaborate with sales leaders (general manager, sales directors/managers) through resource allocation and quota setting to achieve p&l and roi target
? effectively exercise power and influence key decisions for the benefit of the sales organization
? work closely with support functions (e.proactively manage kpis to attain the quota
? identify critical issues/root cause, communicates findings to gm / sales leaders to make actionable recommendations.
qualifications:
