qualifications
- degree holder, marketing and outsourcing services (i, preferably obtained a professional certificate in purcahsing management or equivalent
- at least 5 years of experience preferable in it projects.print, creative agency and media buy etc, premiums, events, e. seminars.etc, supply chain, field services, e. outsourcing contracts, security.and strong in presentation skills
- be pro-active, resulted oriented, politically persuasive, organized and able to build positive relationships across all levels
- hands-on pc skills, anaylze, project management and administration skill
- good judgment, especially in ms office
- past experience in sap is an advantage
- proficiency in both english & japanese is a must, )
- excellent vendor management, analytical, decisiveness and planning skill
- excellent problem resolution skills
- can take up challenge and able to work under pressure and work independently
- knowledge of the written procedures, and forms used to measure, report, demonstrated skills in collaboration
- skilled in negotaitions, docuemnts, and score suplpier perfomrance to stated requirements
