csc is seeking a navy/marine corps intranet (nmci) customer technical represnetative supoprt for usmc in okinawa, japan.
analyzes organizational needs that require system support; gathers, compiles and interprets information as well as assessing regulatory and risk isuses.
assist and support pm mcins to carry out its duites and responsbiilities for delievring life cylce support to nmci custmoers.
sreve as the cleint organization and usmc regoinal conrtact offcier representative (rocr) for nmci conrtact issues.
reveiws system functionality and operational problems and determines required enhancements needed to improve system functionality and meet business needs.
manage the nmci technical refresh of existing seats and establishment of new seats/accounts.
interfaces with business units including middle management and/or internal resources to ensure quality and timeliness through the testing of project/release work.
track, diagnose, coordinate help desk support for and assist in resolution of nmci user technical problems.
gathers and documents requirements and participates in the design, development and improvement to infrastructure.
provides briefings and reports to client organization leadership on nmci operations and technical issues that impact support.
identifies methodologies for testing functions, summarizing data to develop a recommended course of action, and analyzing and modifying existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
