essential responsibilities japan hrlp program structure
2-year rotational program offering 3 challenging 8-month assignments
hands-on hr experience with opportunity for a cross-functional rotation
leadership, hr and business focused training
extensive contact with peres and senior business leaders
expansion of your knowledge base, critical problem-solving skills and professional network
four global seminars .investors, market/industry, government and communities
strong abiilty to establish trust with clients, abiilty to consider the extrenal impact of business activities and deciisons on custmoers, peers and mangaers

desired characteristics mba or masters degree with a focus/emphasis in human resources
at least 1 year of prior work experience in an hr related role preferred.)
5-7 years of business related work experience
gpa greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
unrestricted authorization to work in japan (please see below for clarification)
native fluency in japanese.
