the compliance education training team plays a critical role in the formation and translation of the strategy of compliance at ubs.

- arranging external traniing applications such as jsda seminars and jsda sales rep refresher training.provdiing some part of training and updating materials for own advancement,
- at a later stage.g. filing papers and making copies.attendance management and record keeping) for ubs securities japan ltd and ubs ag tokyo branch staff, g. booking rooms, making copies of materials.
- rolling out of global and japan specific online training and following up on the completion status
- participating in global projects and conference calls
- provdiing holiday cover for arranging jsda sales rep/intrenal administrator qualification examination applications
- providing adminitsrative supoprt for the compilance depatrment e.
this role reqiures buidling a good partnreship with otehr compliance and busniess colleagues at all leevl.
respnosible for :
- providing administrative and logitsical supoprt in the delviery of l&c internal training (e.we respect and seek to empower each individual and the diverse cultures, perspectives, skills and experiences within our workforce. strong communication skill is expected.the team is part of a cross-divisional global legal & compliance function, the aim of which is to provide efficiencies in the delivery of compliance services across each of ubs\'s business divisions and ensure ubs staff understand their legal, compliance and ethical responsibilities.
this person will be a member of central compliance locally and extensively supporting japan head of compliance education in successful delivery of compliance education training.
requirements educational background:
university degree - essential
level of experience:
essential to have 2-3 years of experience in banks or securities firms preferably in compliance
language level required:
english (business level) japanese (native)
additional requirements:
- at least 2-3 years of working experience at banks or securities firms preferably in compliance
- jsda sales rep qualification: 1st/2nd required
- preferable to have jsda internal administrator qualification
