job description: postiion scope: this is an exciting new initiative to design and build next generation data cetner architectures in service provider space.
position responsibilities: the solution architect\'s primary role is positioning and delivering service solutions around cisco\'s data center technologies and specifically integrating those technologies into the customer\'s overall datacenter architecture through people, process, and technology evolution that aligns financial value with the improved portfolio management. the person needs to have a track record of successful executive interaction, consultative selling and leading the delivery of successful consulting engagements in this area. graduate degree, or equivalent with 10+ years relevant experience in internetworking technologies and applications,
typically requires bsee/cs, business degree.disaster recovery, and networking,

the candidate must have experience and expertise with developing business case and comparative tco analysis, network and storage architecture, roi,
experience/skills: the ideal candidate will have broad technical expertise with design of datacenter server/applications.customer presentations, participate in proposal preparation, lead delivery efforts, and application integrated design analysis, mentor other technical consultants and assist with development of business and technical collateral around technology, compute, serve as content knowledge expert, develop detailed services methodologies, information, this position will help drive sales.it strategy, knowledge and experience on holistic data center virtualization (spanning compute, storage, security and networking services like server load balancing etc), it business cases is required.strong consulting skills are a requirement for this position as customer presentations of services and solutions will need to be performed on a daily basis. this position will require broad dc experience with focus in the business architecture domain, possessing working and development experience with financial management tools and analyses.
