desirable supplementary experience is hosiptal, performing subcontract and material procurement including quantity take-offs and analysis of contract materials and/or service requirements.living allowance will be provided for living on the base with a food per diem. will be working with hospital staff to coordinate construction within an occpuied hospital.must be able to commuincate cleraly with the contractor, desginer and air focre.

job descrpition: this is for a there year assingment in yaokta, jaapn for renoavtion of an us air focre hospital. must have worked as a team including resident engineers, inspectors and administrative staff, office engineers.equivalent experience on large construction projects as part of a general contractor team also is acceptable.
candidate must be self-motivated and a good communicator. review and processing of submittals, and preparing progress reports and projected costs to complete, review or preparation of progress payment requests, setting up and managing document and cost control systems for construction projects, preparation or review and tracking of project schedules, experience in prior assignments must include preparing responses to requests for information.construction manager
