- ability to remain calm under pressure, operating systems, as well as sound knowledge of communication lines and networks
- excellent listening, be a team player and be customer focused with the ability to inspire confidence in clients,
qualifications:
- excellent bilingual communication skills in english and japanese
- minimum 1 year experience in a helpdesk environment
- proven excellence in customer service and phone skills
