serve as a program manager, providing technical and proejct management supoprt for a military family housing (mfh) program for a dod client in japan. programming, planning, assist with the implementation, and execution of mfh prorgams and help to prepare and execute acquisition packages.provide analytical support for planning and budgeting, develop performance analysis and metrics, review program and proejct schedules and cost estimates, and prepare meeting minutes in order to support these programs.

-experience with word processing, and presentation slide development and project management and web-based applications
-knowledge of air force and dod planning,
basic qualifications:
-3 years of experience with engineering, air force, local, spreadsheet, or facility maintenance
-3 years of experience with mfh planning or project management
-experience with building codes relevant to the locale, residential property management, regulations, and budgeting activities
-knowledge of federal, programming, and dod statutes, and documentation
-ability to obtain a security clearance
additional qualifications:
-ability to communicate fluently in both english and japanese preferred
