qualifications/requirements required qualifications: (outline the minimum requirements)
1. maintenance and licensing and enforcement, the senior counsel ip is responsible for all aspects of ip from idea generation through patent filing, prosecution, reporting to a more senior counsel for intellectual property for ge healthcare.
. supervises and/or guides work on oppositions proceedings.qualified european patent attorney and nationally qualified attorney in a european country (or equivalent) or uspto- registered patent attorney and member of the state bar (or equivalent), or equivalent attorney qualification or registration in another country, with in the region of 7 years of post-qualification experience.will proivde advice and counsel on a broad ragne of ip issues.
