working in close partnership with and reporting to the mangaing director of intreest rate products and services, this person will be resposnible for all facets of development, execution and management of the intreest rate proudct strtaegy plan for the asain reigon. we are seeking highly motivated individuals to help foster our corporate culture and uphold our core values of leading with conviction and integrity, to support this grwoth, building lasting relationships and acting with ingenuity every day, advancing the global economy.working in close collaboration with regional sales, marketing and research teams, distribution and service, new proudct development, this person will be accountable for success in each step in the product management chain, including competitive analysis, marketing.as well as targeted non-dollar product innovation in the region, s. interest rate benchmark products.25-35%

• understand the competitive landscape in asia for both litsed and otc interest rate products and provide feedback and recommendations on market structure, pricing, products and clearing services for cme group interest rate products in asia, execute and lead the business strategy for groiwng interest rate product revenues in the asian region,
key eleemnts of the role
• develop.this role is responsible for accelerating growth in interest rate product revenue in asia and cretaing and managing golas and prioirties for the region. we are looikng to conitnue groiwng our business in both listed and over-the-coutner markets,

• deep client relationships with dealer banks, asset managers, including strong presentation skills, plan, with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively across organizations
• demonstrated ability to influence others and achieve tangible results
• strong written and verbal communication skills, manage and allocate resources for ir initiatives in the region
• work closely with other cme business line colleagues in the region to identify and facilitate cross product development and cross sell opportunities
qualifications include, but are not limited to:
• 10 years of experience in sales and/or trading of fixed income derivative products, hedge funds and proprietary trading firms in asian region
• strong teamwork skills,
• work effectively with colleagues across cmeg to appropriately evaluate.advanced degree preferred. london, calgary, with offices in new york, houston, singapore, based in chicago, singapore, tokyo and washington d, são paulo.
